DESCRIPTION:Register Online Now! \nOntario Z Car and Nissan Canada present OZC’s 29th annual Z-FEST! \nJoin us on Sunday\, August 25th from 9am to 3pm at Nissan Canada headquarters to celebrate Datsuns\, Nissans and affiliated brands. \nEnter your car in the show’n shine which includes awards in all car categories plus a people’s choice award. \n\nawards are based on popular vote ballots submitted by the car show registrants\nnew this year – the RZ34 category for the 7th generation Z car and a true peoples choice voted on by spectators at the show\nnew this year – vendors and more prizes!\narrive no later than 12:00 noon to be included in the voting process (voting ends at 1pm)\nthe car show online pre-registration deadline is August 23 at midnight\, doing so reduces your car show entry fee and eliminates your paperwork the day of!\nthe car show fee is $10 for OZC Members\, $15 for Non-Members if you pre-register online;  after August 23 and at the gate the entry fee is $20 for all car entries\nregister online now!\n\nSpectators are welcome and entry is free. \nQuestions?   Email info@ontariozcar.com \nPictures from the last Z-Fest in 2023 are available on our website.

SUMMARY:OZC at Drive Festival 2024
DESCRIPTION:The OZC has once again been invited to participate in the Drive Festival at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park\, Bowmanville\, Ontario – on Saturday and Sunday of the event. \nWe are looking for up to 10 vehicles to be displayed in the club section of the event on the Friday\, Saturday and/or Sunday September 6\,7 and 8. There is no cost to display vehicles and it includes two complementary general admission day tickets for the day of the show. You do not need to stay by your vehicle all day and are free to explore the show. \nTo be eligible you must: \n\nHave a vehicle in displayable condition.\nArrive at least 1 hour prior to the show opening to the general public. (by 9am)\nMeet as a group in the parking lot outside the event in order to be moved in at the same time.\nHave vehicle on display until the show closes. (6pm)\n\nFellow OZC members that are interested in attending the show but do not wish to display their vehicle inside the show may park in the “show and shine corral” outside the show (based on availability) OZC members will also receive 20% off the ticket price for the day of their choice for the entire weekend Friday through Sunday. \nIdeally the (up to 10) vehicles displayed each day would represent all generations of the Z car\, however this will depend on the amount of members that wish to participate. We will meet at 7:30pm at the college and the tour will take approximately an hour to an hour and a half to complete.   If you’re going to Watts for dinner first\, please ensure you give yourself sufficient time for your meal – some of us will be there by 6pm. \nThe Centennial College Automotive Campus is located at 75 Ashtonbee Rd. at Hakimi Ave.  At the lights\, proceed under the building and follow the driveway to the parking. \nComplimentary parking passes have been arranged for the first 11 people who email Nigel (nigelwhite1971@gmail.com) in advance. We may be able to arrange for more\, but I will need to hear from you asap! \nOtherwise\, there is free street parking on the north side of Ashtonbee\, east of Warden\, 1 block away.\nIt is not recommended to park across the street in the mall parking lot\, since their security can ticket you\, as has happened in the past with students. \nPlease email Nigel (nigelwhite1971@gmail.com) in advance if you plan to attend. \n

DESCRIPTION:OZC’s spring swap meet is back at Florida Garage Ltd. this year! \nFlorida Garage has become the go-to shop for Datsun/Nissan owners – stocking parts and offering regular maintenance in addition to complete engine and transmission rebuilds\, carburetor tuning and rebuilding and so much more.  Check out the glowing online google reviews of their work and service. \nIn the back room\, you’ll recognize the master mechanic Tony Silvaggio who has tons of experience with Datsun engines (previously of Whitehead Performance). \nReserve a display table and bring all your parts.  There’s no table reservation charge for 2025 OZC club members; the cost is $15.00 a table for non-members and interested vendors.   The deadline for reserving a table is April 24.  (Hey – if you’re not a member\, why don’t you become an annual OZC member for $45 and get your table for free! \nIf you are bringing a trailer or selling from the trunk of your car – there will be space available in the parking lot – just call ahead and let us know you’ll be coming and how much space you need. \nQuestions\, Table Reservations and Payments can be emailed to info@ontariozcar.com \nWe’re looking forward to seeing you at this typically best attended event of the year (outside of Z-Fest of course!)
