DESCRIPTION:Once again OZC will be attending Canal Days in Port Colborne – one of the many amazing events planned for a weekend full of celebrations. \nOZC Member Harry Wells (and family) will be hosting a much anticipated BBQ after the event… they have done this in previous years and it’s always an amazing event! \nThe day will consist of:\n– 8am to 2pm attend Canal Days Annual Classic Car Show at the VALE Health & Wellness Centre in Port Colborne (Vehicle registration 8am to noon\, OZC reserved parking from 8am to 9am)\n– Plaques for the first 500 cars\, trophies for mayor’s choice\, best paint\, engine etc.\n– 3pm onward… BBQ at the home of Harry Wells (food and beverages will be provided if you RSVP) \nPlease RSVP to Harry at harryawells@gmail.com for details and his home address (so we can get a good idea on how much food to have at the BBQ!) \nParticipation in the Car Show is free and car owners can compete for a number of trophies and prizes. Since there is no entry fee\, Canal Days ask that you bring a non-perishable food item as a donation.  Before the show we are planning to meet  at 21 Upper Centennial Pkwy S  Stoney Creek at 7:00 am.  We shall depart at 7:30 am and drive to the Vale Health and Wellness Centre.  PLEASE NOTE: The organizer will only  hold spaces until 9am so we must arrive at the park between 8 and 9am. \nFor more information on the actual Canal Days event please see their website here.

DESCRIPTION:The OZC has once again been invited to participate in the Drive Festival at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park\, Bowmanville\, Ontario – on Saturday and Sunday of the event. \nWe are looking for up to 10 vehicles to be displayed in the club section of the event on the Friday\, Saturday and/or Sunday September 6\,7 and 8. There is no cost to display vehicles and it includes two complementary general admission day tickets for the day of the show. You do not need to stay by your vehicle all day and are free to explore the show. \nTo be eligible you must: \n\nHave a vehicle in displayable condition.\nArrive at least 1 hour prior to the show opening to the general public. (by 9am)\nMeet as a group in the parking lot outside the event in order to be moved in at the same time.\nHave vehicle on display until the show closes. (6pm)\n\nFellow OZC members that are interested in attending the show but do not wish to display their vehicle inside the show may park in the “show and shine corral” outside the show (based on availability) OZC members will also receive 20% off the ticket price for the day of their choice for the entire weekend Friday through Sunday. \nIdeally the (up to 10) vehicles displayed each day would represent all generations of the Z car\, however this will depend on the amount of members that wish to participate. SUMMARY:OZC 28th Annual Z-Fest Car Show
DESCRIPTION:Ontario Z Car and Nissan Canada present OZC’s 28th annual Z-FEST! \nJoin us on Saturday\, September 23rd from 9am to 3pm at Nissan Canada headquarters to celebrate Datsuns\, Nissans and affiliated brands. \nEnter your car in the show’n shine which includes awards in all car categories plus a people’s choice award. \n\nawards are based on popular vote ballots submitted by the car show registrants\narrive no later than 12:00 noon to be included in the voting process (voting ends at 1pm)\nthe car show pre-registration deadline is September 19\, doing so reduces your car show entry fee and eliminates your paperwork the day of!\nthe car show fee is $5 for OZC Members\, $10 for Non-Members;  after August 19 and at the gate the entry fee is $20 for all car entries\nprint\, fill-in\, scan/snapshot and email the registration form to Diane Dale info@ontariozcar.com\n\nSpectators are welcome and entry is free. \nQuestions?   Email info@ontariozcar.com \nPictures from the last Z-Fest in 2022 are available on our website. \nClick on the picture below to get a printable version of Z-Fest information.

SUMMARY:OZC at Drive Festival 2023
DESCRIPTION:The OZC has once again been invited to participate in the Drive Festival at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park\, Bowmanville\, Ontario – on Saturday and Sunday of the event. \nWe are looking for up to 10 vehicles to be displayed in the club section of the event on the Saturday and Sunday September 9 & 10. There is no cost to display vehicles and it includes two complementary general admission day tickets for the day of the show. You do not need to stay by your vehicle all day and are free to explore the show. \nTo be eligible you must: \n\nHave a vehicle in displayable condition.\nArrive at least 1 hour prior to the show opening to the general public. (by 9am)\nMeet as a group in the parking lot outside the event in order to be moved in at the same time.\nHave vehicle on display until the show closes. (6pm)\n\nFellow OZC members that are interested in attending the show but do not wish to display their vehicle inside the show may park in the “show and shine corral” outside the show (based on availability) OZC members will also receive 20% off the ticket price for the day of their choice for the entire weekend Friday through Sunday. \nIdeally the (up to 10) vehicles displayed each day would represent all generations of the Z car\, however this will depend on the amount of members that wish to participate. DESCRIPTION:Join OZC members as they attend the Antique & Classic Car Show hosted by the Whitchurch – Stouffville Museum on Sunday August 13\, 2023. \nContact OZC member Grant Iwasa (grant_iwasa@yahoo.ca) if you’re interested in meeting up before the show and parking together.  The meet-up will be at 8:30am at the Tim Hortons  on Bayview just north of Elgin Mills Road before a quick 15 min drive to the show which is a block west of highway 404 & Bloomington Road near Aurora on the west side of woodbine. \nFor more information on the show click here.
